Citri Reticulatae Viride
The immature fruit or its pericarp of Citrus reticutata Blanco, family
Fruit nearly globular, 0.5-2.0 cm in diameter; surface greygreen or dark-green,
coarse, with numerous oil glands; with style scars at the tip, and fruit
stalk scar at the base. Pericarp irregular in size, outer surface grey-green
or dark-green; inner surface (mesocarp) green-white, with reticular vascular
bundles. Aromatic in odour. Bitter and acrid in taste, warm in nature,
and attributive to liver, gallbladder and stomach channels.
